Need an ICC report that returns counts of file transfers and total byte counts for a given interval.

I need a report where
1. I can specify a date interval for the report.
2. The report should give me an option for detail or summary.
3. The detail would give me a list with 4 columns showing the date, the producer partner name, #of files failed or routed for the producer that day, #of bytes the producer tried to send. Then at the end of the report show the date interval, sum the #of files routed, sum the #of files failed, and total the bytes for both routed and failed for the date interval.
4. The summary report would simply show the information that would be displayed at the bottom of the detailed report, the interval and totals.
