Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Allow deep linking within Store Engagement Next

Requesting that IBM extend the functionality of Store Engagement v1.0 to allow a logged in user to deep link to an existing page and pass in a parameter.

Example URL request: https://mycompany-prod-1.oms.supply-chain.ibm.com/wsc/store/StartCustomerPickup?order_no=123456

The current Store Engagement mashup does not allow this.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

We have extended our retail business' omnichannel capabilities by adding curbside delivery. When a customer shows up in the parking lot to pick up an order, they trigger a message in a custom app to say they have arrived to pick up order number 123456 in a Honda Civic with license plate ABC-789. We would like the order number relayed into Store Engagement and initiate the Customer Pickup functionality for order number 123456. The requesting URL may look something like this: https://mycompany-prod-1.oms.supply-chain.ibm.com/wsc/store/StartCustomerPickup?order_no=123456
