Deny Access/Blacklist for common ID's

Add ability to create and utilize a blacklist in order to quickly block common used id's in penetration scans. While the ID's are not used and access is denied, the login attempts still go through the full authentication attempts which generate overhead. A blacklist could be used to automatically block login attempts earlier in the process.

This feature is now available in 6.0 release. An admin can specify IP and/or UserID patterns to block the probing users before the authentication attempt is made.
