SSP - Resetting engine memory

Currently, SSP engines keep SSP CM configuration in memory. The memory is not cleared until the engine is restarted or a new configuration is pushed. The memory contains secured objects like private keys. These secure objects can be exposed as part of a Java Dump. For security reasons, SSP Engine memory should flush memory after a configurable intervals like a "TTL" or clear objects that are no longer being used.
