Include Custom Attributes in IV events

We are currently using IV events both Delta and Snapshot to publish inventory data across different systems. However, we need to include an identifier in these event outputs to prevent unwanted updates between systems. For example, SystemA should not receive inventory updates from SystemB, and vice versa. As per PMR - TS020797253, we are able to get the identifier in Delta events like dgAvailabilityChange.v2 and productAvailability.v2. 

However, this identifier is not available in snapshot events like productAvailabilitySnapshot.v2, dgAvailabilitySnapshot.v2. To resolve this, we require the CustomAttributes to be included in the Snapshot events as well.
