Enable STDOUT logging for SEAS

We urgently request stdout logging capability for containerized deployments of SSP and SEAS. Currently SSP and SEAS are configured to write logs to filesystem only (PVC), which prevents native container log aggregation on Kubernetes and OpenShift. Adding a configuration option to redirect logging output to stdout would enable automatic log capture by the container runtime and integration with centralized logging solutions like Splunk without requiring sidecar containers or custom workarounds. This is a standard practice for cloud-native applications and would improve operational observability in containerized environments. This is also standard practice at Fiserv.

How will this idea be used?

We have automatic log capture and forwarding enabled in all our OpenShift platforms. This would enable out of the box log forwarding to Splunk rather than having to develop a one off custom solution.
