Sterling API Gateway Enablement: Enable Customer Company for ‘connections’ option through SCBN Hub

When a customer company name is given Config Hub access, only the self-service of Codelist and map gets enabled. To setup API Gateway configuration, the development team has to manually run an API to get the Connection parameter enabled in Config Center.

The Idea is to remove the dependency on Development team and directly allow implementer to give Connection access for a particular Company Name as its given for Inflight and BTI.

The idea will give more control to Implementer for setting up a customer API connection independently using config center and avoid any delay in reaching out to Development team so they can run the API from their end to enable the Connection setup for a Company name.

    @Guest ,I've discussed with the Dev Team. It seems we can certainly enable the API Gateway option for all customers. However, there might be some confusion among customers, potentially leading to more support issues. Alternatively, we can plan for an alternative solution: the Dev team can provide training to the services/implementation team, allowing you to handle it independently without relying on the Dev Team every time. Please let me know if this solution aligns with your needs.
