A self-service functionality, to configure by the user in InFlight, or Config Hub, would be useful, over the BPN tool ones. They can ad-hoc run in IF, yes, but would like to be able to have it come to email, including to alternate addresses than the user's own login IBM ID (such as an operations team address) - and want to customize the time.
I have customers ask about this during initial support plan reviews frequently.
This feature to customize these inbound/outbound activity reports seems to be becoming a more recent request from clients. Clients are asking for different ways for them to be sent such as SFTP instead of email, having the destination filename added to them, and options for specific times instead of just daily, weekly, and monthly. Just in the last week I have noticed an increase in requests to have customized reports from clients. There is a need for this for our clients.
