Enhancing visibility discrepancy in Inflight

Need help with enhancing inflight visibility issues. We have at least encountered this issue couple of times this year where the PO was successfully processed and sent from Inflight but we could see it in yellow status. Is there something that can be done to stop this from happening again in future.

Company Name: IBM Corporation (internal project)

Business Alias: IBM_SELLSIDE_B2B

Timestamp: 08/05/2021 09:54:02 EDT

Timestamp: 07/12/2021 14:13:28 EDT

Customer Name: Bomabardier Canada

PO# 7300006012,7300003733

This is with reference to TS006200478 that was open in My Support.

Shashi Barwa

How will this idea be used?

The issue was a MQ sent step was not completed which is what would turn the data to green. The lag time between the inflight processing and the events that process the data is giving wrong view to the user.

    Shashi,

Can you provide more detail into this item? We are looking to understand how widespread this could be or is it something that could be addressed in documenting how a set-up may need to be performed to eliminate this issue. We don not have any insight into the case you referenced so if you could provide that detail as well, it would be helpful as we review. The other area that we noticed was the comment around lag time, can you also expand on this item?

    Thanks and regards,

    Jim
