Extrainfo2 Report on BPN Automated Report Configurations

As part of the existing BPN Reporting we have options to pull Externalinfo1 report on BPN Automated Report Configurations, but it has been observed that although we have Extrainfo2 report listed on BPN, we do not have stored procedure for the same on the database. We got update from L2 that the report had never worked before.

Currently, we have requirement at our end where customer is asking us to list maintain data on Extrainfo2 field and send those details along with the outbound activity report. Since Extrainfo1 has been already used for the customer, now we would like to have the new data stored on the External info2 field and the same should be accessible from Extrainfo2 report. We are trying to store IDOC numbers from outbound XMLs onto Externainfo2 field and access the same through Extrainfo2 report which would give us the ACK status against IDOC numbers. Now, we are trying to write the IDOC numbers to External info2 field through typing maps.

So, if we can have this report enabled then customer will have easily supportable and economical solution.
