In-Flight Multi-file download button

This will effect all front-line support, mapping and any other support agents using In-flight.

Right now, in order to download all files attached to a transmission, the agents have to manually download one by one.

If it's possible, adding a download all files button that names files as "Event+Filename" into a zip would save at-least 1-2 mins of repetitive work which adds up to a huge sum of time across all teams working.

This would for sure increase the over-all productivity of the support teams.

How will this idea be used?

A basic example for a support agent:

Problem: To send the data for reference of other teams (example: Mapping), the agent needs to download all the files under in-flight and send it straight to mapping. This is of-course to save time (kind of our work around for not repeating a task and making all agents go into in-flight to run tests for existing data).

Solution:

In the latter image attached (image10), you can see my example button "download all files". The agent presses that button and gets a zip file with all the files (Event+Filename) attached to that (transmission + ref ID combo). The file is saved as {PID}.zip on their P drive as usual.

That's it! :)
