oceans as inexhaustible source of hydrogen

Some years ago, I was the P.I. for a proposal to the EU with German, Spanish and Polish partners, for Autonomous Sailboats Moving Turbines to harvest hydrogen from sea water. The key to the economics of this how much of the energy obtained from the wind is wasted in the drag of the boat and denied to the turbine. Since then, developments in hull design have transformed this balance for the better, so that the proposal is being revived, but this time in the US, where it has already won an invitation from the National Science Foundation. I have of course been following the progress of your Mayflower autonomous ship, and now that it has made it to Halifax, NS from Plymouth, I feel it is not too early to approach you about using your software in this application.
