Would it be possible to have a pop-up message come up once users Approve exports? Something like "Are you sure you want to update these values in SAP?"

With an increasing number of users, we have had some instances in which unintended data was exported from IBM MIO to SAP. Would it be possible to have a pop-up message come up once users Approve exports? Something like "Are you sure you want to update these values in SAP?"  I'm thinking of something similar to the message that pops up when you do a bulk edit.

    Hi Alex,

We have discussed this and think the best way forward, to minimise pop ups and extra clicking as well as make the product more intuitive is to:

Separate the existing 'Approve' button into two:

    • 'Save'

    • 'Export'

The export button would replicate the existing 'Approve' button and the 'Save' button will just save the records without exporting.

Let us know your thoughts on this. Dylan.
