Work Queue Folders

I would like to be able to more clearly group work queues together outside of the priority functionality. If we could have bold headers or folders, users could more easily access the specific work queues they are looking for. The more work queues we build, the more crowded and difficult to navigate the page becomes.

Hi Alex, this is an interesting idea. The work queues were only ever designed for focusing on mission critical tasks with the intention for other adhoc work to be done using the public filters. We will keep an eye on this situation and think about the best way to manage work inside MIO using work queues/filters and any other ideas.

What other tasks are you expanding the use of work queues to? Does restricting access by sets mitigate the problem at all?
