BULK Attachment option to add in BULK Edit

At Present, while creating a bulk workflow -- we need to go into each item to add an attachment (e.g. if create a Bulk workflow of 100 materials, then we need to go into each material 100 times to add an attachment to have a future reference) It is suggested/requested to the BULK Attachment option to add in BULK Edit.

THis may be a significant piece of work due to the need for a bulk un-attach function that will need to be developed at the same time.
