Add options to expand equipment module items search

Many Clients have hub-spoke materials distribution, a central distribution center where replenishment occurs and stock is held in an "on-shore" plant, which supplies an one or several "off-shore" plants via transfer order. The way Equipment module functions, it only searches "where used" info from the specific plant of the equipment record. An option is needed to expand the query to either the company code, region or select other plants to search for issues transactions to the same equipment # in order to pull in replenishment plant item records in association with the equipment. Clients are highly interested in this module - it brings significant usability value when the equipment and replenishment is in the same plant, especially when paired with other modules (change request & workflow)- it holds limited value for companies that incorporate this on-shore/off-shore model.

    This issue relates to materials being kept at one particular plant and the maintenance planning plant is different to the inventory plant (different district_cd; SAP). We need to be able to show materials linked to equipment in different plants (equip district_cd)

    Specifically related to on-shore/off-shore use cases. It would be clean design to have a toggle for "Onshore/Offshore" case where user identifies BOM/Eqt plant and Material/Replenishment plant, and these values update the join on in the filter query. so the equipment is joined with the proper plant material records for review, and possible change request.
