mcompile results should be consistent

Current version (9.0.0.2) added a feature where timestamp based information is added to the compiled maps.
We request to have this information optional and not by default.
We also request to have the feature extended so that we can inject appropriate versioning information (e.g. timestamp of the source code or a version id, all would be generated and managed externally)
The resulting enhancement/correction would be:
mcompile -I "whateverwewanttoadd" where -I
is a new switch and the text which follows is decided by the implementation.
