Currently the ITX map taking too much time when Duplicate_ST_Check_Enabled="N" in ST envelope . When we enabled the duplciate check it is taking the few minutes.

As current ITXA is functioning per design and does not allow for the setting of Duplicate_ST_Check_Enabled="Y" in the dynamically created parameter file.

Duplicate_ST_Check_Enabled="Y" enabled in the dynamically created when we using parameter file.

when Duplicate_ST_Check_Enabled="N" is disabled, it is taking 5 hours and it is taking 4 minutes when it is enabled.

    Per feedback from ITXA Dev (Pranav P) this is implemented in 10.0.1.8 which is targeted for a Nov 30,2023 GA.
