Allow ITXA Trading Partner UI to use Windows Services

We installed ITXA with Sterling Integrator. When the SI services are started manually, using an Admin CMD window, the SPE link (in SI) stops working when I sign off of the SI application server. When the services are started with a server reboot, the SPE link works just fine.

How will this idea be used?

Rebooting the SI application server is not the best way to handle DR exercises. We are not able to monitor the startWindowsServices.cmd to watch for errors. The SPE link should stay active, in SI, when signing off of the application server just like the SI services.
