NCPDP Compliance Check Enhancement

Enhance the NCPDP compliance checker to provide situational compliance checking for the entire transaction. Some examples are:

  1. We would expect a transaction to fail compliance when the Compound segment (AM10) is sent and field 436-E1 in the Claim segment (AM07) does not indicate that it is a compound. 436-E1 equal “00” is used to indicate a compound.

  2. We would expect a transaction to fail compliance when the Compound segment (AM10) is missing when field 436-E1 in the Claim segment (AM07) indicates that it is a compound. 436-E1 equal “00” is used to indicate a compound.

  3. We expected a transaction to fail compliance when the transaction count in field 109-A9 did not equal the number of transactions in the file.
