Monitoring Dashboard Exposed for Clients

When working with our IBM partners, there was a tool that the team used for monitoring system health. We have implemented Sterling Inventory Visibility for our website (9/27/22). However, there is trepidation in the team as we have no way to see how the IV application is performing internally. Due to experiences during development and load testing, the team views this as a risk to our holiday eComm sales as they do not know if we are approaching a failure of a particular API. In addition, if we run into issues, we have a blind spot in our triage, this adds another communication channel and will slow down the resolution of the issue. We have discussed receiving proactive alerts, but we are still at the mercy of those configurations. The dashboard will provide a much clearer view of app / system health.
