Provide Audit capability for IV events generated

Provide Audit capability for IV events generated. Currently, the audit is enabled for supply and demand updates to IV but there is not capability for client to know if an event is generated to webhook or COS. We see there are many instances where supply event updates are not sent to Webhook, if a audit time is tracked, it will help support resolve issues in identifying the Invenotry discrepancies.

The supply transparency api set has been delivered. See more details here
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/inventory-visibility?topic=demand-supply-sync-transparency

To address this specific request, when the user invokes the "Get supply sync Transaction" or the "Get supply sync record" they will be able to identify the number of event published, as well as a particular record is published

    Example
    Supply Sync Transaction API

    Supply Sync Record API

In the even if a event is not published, there is also addition tool provided to the user. You may leverage the Availability snapshot events.
The availability snapshot events now supports the ability to publish a single item. That is if the integrator wants Item01 to be republished for event, due to event lost or similar, they can do so by providing a request using
    https://api.watsoncommerce.ibm.com/inventory/{tenantId}/v1/configuration/events/ProductAvailabilityToSell.ShipNodeSnapshot/publish_all

    For example

This would lead SKU1024 to be republished and be placed in the COS bucket.

    Marking this as delivered.
