To address this specific request, when the user invokes the "Get supply sync Transaction" or the "Get supply sync record" they will be able to identify the number of event published, as well as a particular record is published

In the even if a event is not published, there is also addition tool provided to the user. You may leverage the Availability snapshot events.
The availability snapshot events now supports the ability to publish a single item. That is if the integrator wants Item01 to be republished for event, due to event lost or similar, they can do so by providing a request using

IBM will be providing a supply sync transparency feature such that the user can check on the status of the job and have a detailed breakdown whether the event has been published as a result of the supply action.
