IV Supply Sync Visibility

Need an acknowledgement process for Supply Sync in IV that will summarize saying they received “x” number of updates, processed “x” number, and the supply for “x” number of items did not change.

IBM informed this requirement is on the product roadmap aare targeting to release in Q1, 22. This RFE can be used to track progress.

What is your industry? Computer Services
How will this idea be used?

As a technology support associate, I need to understand if all updates were received by IV, how many updates were processed, and how many items were not changed after each supply sync.

The supply sync transparency API set would enable customer to

    • verify the status of the supply sync job

    • view the original transaction record or the user input request

    • verify the status of individual supply like to determine its status

    • retrive the original historic record of the last updated supply (/w sourceTS and modifiyTs)

    • User may also add multiple supply sync to be track in a single batch, this ease allows a single completion status for multiple sync request

    Marking as delivered.
