Processes which are NOT OK should remain in TCQ

In most situations, where a process ends not OK, it is moved from TCQ to statistics, i. e. LSMG244I. Finding the original //SYSIN of the batchjob for repeating is difficult and time consuming.

There should be a mechanism (exit, initparm, ...) to influence this behavior (based on ComplCode/MsgId, ...) and any process which is NOT OK should remain in TCQ in ERROR. Then manual or automatic "rerun" or "release" has to be done to try again.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

C:D z/OS connects to C:D Windows. Due to network problems the Windows can not find its DomainController. LSMG244I is not retryable, but after solving the network problems a new attempt would work with no neet to resubmit the process.

There are several other situations where C:D says "not retryable" but a new attempt later would work without resubmit.
