CD support for Ubuntu OS

No description provided
What is your industry? Automotive
How will this idea be used?

Internally we are shifting towards Ubuntu as the preferred OS for our Linux platforms (previously SUSE, OEL/RHEL) and CD is our preferred file transfer mechanism. To align with such a shift we need CD to be supported on this OS so we can continue to use this technology.

Thanks for your patience as we explored this enhancement request. I'm pleased to say that we were able to certify C:D UNIX on Ubuntu beginning with the v6.2.0.1 iFix007 maintenance which is available on IBM Fix Central. Please download and install this maintenance to begin taking advantage of the expanded OS support.

    Sincerely,
