Add TLS 1.3 Support to Connect:Direct for HPE Nonstop Platform

It was mentioned in HPE NonStop Forum that TLSv1.3 will be coming out later 2019 year. It was also mentioned by HPE that TLSv1.0 is a degraded security protocol and that HPE NonStop Client Applications running on X86 and Itanium Platform need to move away fromTLSv1.0, and need to Migrate to TLS 1.3. This is Typical lifecycle/product support request for enhancement to adopt newly released security offering.

    When can we expect TLS 1.3 Support for Connect:Direct on HPE Nonstop Platform?

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM.  I've reviewed this with my team and we are in agreement that this request is reasonable and would be beneficial to our broader customer base.  I will accepted this request as an uncommitted candidate and will look to add TLS v1.3 support to our roadmap moving forward for NonStop and our other platforms.

    This is required in our industry. There should a path for having the new TLS 1.3 security.
