Log Standards

Some customers has the need to read the logs using some realtime observability tools, such as Prometheus, Splunk.

There is some difficulties on integrating those actual logs of Sterling Control Center with the new standards. This request has the goal to change the log actual standard to those new marketing standards, or have a tool to translate it on real time.

    Hi Bruno,

We have no plans to convert Control Center logs to a Splunk format. We are considering OpenTelemetry support in the roadmap though.

    Thanks,

    Bruno,

Are you referring to Control Center events or B2Bi logs?

    Thanks,
