Add System Business Process from SBI to the BP list in Control Center

The idea is to be able to choose from the drop-down list of BPs to monitor, the processes of the Sterling B2B Integrator system so that ICC is the tool used for this purpose and not have different systems that also work differently with the Alerts.

In this way, we can monitor a process like the "Schedule_IndexBiussinessProcessService" only in case it ends with an error, or is taking too long to execute.

Maybe including all the System BPs in the currentBP list, or maybe adding a newSystem BPListin addition to the existing list

ICC should be the monitoring tool Client must use at all times, but it's not true because doesn't have traceability over SBI's System Processes
