Improve Control Center email information for CCTR135I

I currently have a rule which reports if an insert to the EVENTS table exceeds 30 seconds. The email generated does not provided which managed server the EP was trying to insert the data for. This information can be found in the engine logs, but it would be nice if it were in the emails as well.
