Control Center 6.1 and above - Control Center SLC Debug Report

After Control Center 5.3.04, the SLC Debug Report gets created on the file system of the Control Center application server. I understand that IBM's reason for moving it to the file system was for security reasons, but there has got to be a way that to re-engineer this report so that it is part of the other reports and displays on a Web page and is no longer created on the file system.

What is your industry? Non-Industry Specific
How will this idea be used?

The team that is responsible for managing slc's can use the SLC Debug Report. However, if they do, they need to contact someone on our team so that we can get that report from the file system. The SLC Debug report needs to be displayed on a Web page like the other reports.
