Allow users to save filters in the Web console

Our operators are responsible for monitoring a particular set of servers. Currently, the users would need to either select the servers they want to monitor Active Alerts and Queued Activity for from the Java swing console or they will need to filter the servers from the Web console everyday. It would be nice if the user could save their filtered servers saved in their user preferences.
