Remove SEAS dependecny for Control Center to authenticate to Active Directory/LDAP

Will avoid another product dependency to AD/LDAP authentication and this also saves another platform that includes server resources.

Once this idea is implemented, customers does not need to maintain another servers for SEAS and resources to maintain SEAS.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas.

SEAS is our strategic advanced authentication component common across IBM Sterling products so that we can deliver advanced capabilities around aunthentication like SAML 2.0 support etc. That is the reason we do not want to implement it natively however in future if this becomes a common interest from other customers (based on the votes) we will reconsider this.

In 12 months, you will receive a notification that you can resubmit this request for consideration.

    Thanks, VIjay
