Agentic AI Chatbot - Add the ability to customize chatbot flows and information by brand, including showing or hiding specific information per brand

Different brands (e.g., Kate Spade, Coach, Stuart Weitzman) may have different policies, workflows, or data that's relevant to a CSR — such as return windows, appeasement rules, or instrument eligibility. Today the chatbot presents the same flow and information set regardless of which brand an order belongs to.

This idea adds brand-level configuration so the chatbot can adjust what it shows or how a flow behaves based on the brand tied to the interaction. This could mean hiding fields or sections that don't apply to a given brand, surfacing brand-specific policy text, or branching a flow (e.g., Appeasement or Reship) differently depending on brand rules. The goal is to avoid a one-size-fits-all bot experience when brands genuinely differ in policy or process, without requiring separate bots per brand.
