Agentic AI Chatbot - Ability to navigate and open specific COM screens directly (ShipNode Info, Shipment tab, Invoice tab) instead of having the bot pull and display that data itself.

Today, the chatbot allows user to navigate to order summary UI by clicking an order number which is hyperlinked. By using a similar approach if CSR can click on an hyperlink and get navigated to specific screens in COM, will enable CSR ti view details like ship node info, shipment status, or invoice data, without having to bring that data into the bot screen or impact performance.

This idea lets the chatbot act as a launcher: a click/button/hyperlink on relevant bot features (e.g., Order Summary, Review Return Alerts) opens the corresponding COM screen directly — as a widget, modal, or separate tab within COM — rather than the bot recreating that view. For example, selecting "Order Summary" in the chatbot could open COM's Advanced Order Search, and "Review Return Alerts" could open COM's Alerts widget showing all alerts. Similarly, for order-level detail, a button next to ship node, shipment, or invoice references could pop open the native COM screen (e.g., the Ship Node modal showing address and phone) instead of the bot summarizing that data in chat.
