We would like to backport the Blind Returns feature in v10 to V9.5 of Call Centre.

Business use this feature in call centre to create blind returns in the sterling oms system. most of the customer returns dont have the associated sales receipt. so call centre representative end up in creating a Blind return and initiate either exchange or refund to customer preferred payment method
