Adding new tile/new link/extra buttons in Home Screen Next Gen Call Center

Next Gen Call Center does not provide a way to customize the home screen by adding a new tile for Product Search or Transfer Order Search etc. Also there is no option to add additional links or buttons - 'create wishlist', 'create appeasement order' etc. There are many clients who have customized the old legacy call center and added multiple portlets and links in the home screen. Clients are looking for similar experience in NextGen and not willing to do it in subsequent screens with additional clicks for the CSRs/Educators.

If customizations are enabled, we can rework on the home screen and provide a tile to search for SKU as attached. Or we can even add another tile to search for transfers which is enabled only for certain users with specific permissions etc.
