We are using procurement transfer order in our current implementation. There was a requirement to see the transfer order details in Call Center, mainly the tracking number while it is in transit. We could see that the Procurement tab at order line summary shows the node where it is procured from, but no other details such as transfer order number or tracking no. of the TO.

Hi Govind,
The next-gen Call Center is now available for SaaS, container and on-prem traditional deployments. We can discuss on how to implement this feature in the next-gen Call Center, but not putting efforts to develop this in the legacy Call Center. I can schedule a meeting to show you the next-gen Call Center, also understand Burberry's timeline to upgrade to the next-gen Call Center.

Hi Govind,
Can you please clarify the use case of transfer orders? Is this for transferring inventory between stores? Thanks.
