Expand shipping information by default

In the current UI we had to do customizations in order to expand the shipping information on the shipping details page. In the new UI we would like for information to always be expanded therefore reducing the number of clicks for a customer service agent and speeding up a customer contact.

In this case, the functionality would make for a much smoother UI/UX experience for the customer service team and reduce the length of a customer contact.
