Resend Customer Emails via the OMS

In the new UI we would like the option of a button that can be connected to an external email provider. When the user clicks that button we would like for them to be able to choose an email to resend to the customer.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

This would allow the Customer Service team to resend emails without having to go into a 3rd party email provider's system.

    Hi Jake,

    We will look into how to integrate with external email prodivers. This is on the roadmap.

    Hi Jason,

    I apologize for the delay. I just recently realized all responses to me were going to junk mail.

    In this case, we'd like to a button created that sent a message to an external email provider which would then send an email to the customer. The hyperlink email address opened up a mail application, but at our organization we use Zendesk for customer communications.

    Hi Jake,

    In I-34, keeping the email hyperlink would allow the user to click and send email via external email provider. Please clarify your use case. Thanks.
