Call Center should be able to disable buttons based on Skus

In our case we have electronic gift cards that cannot be reshipped, but the OMS UI still shows the "reship button" we would like Call Center to be able to use that sku as logic to disable a certain button.

How will this idea be used?

We will use this logic to remove or disable buttons in cases they should not be used. This will be especially helpful in reshipment cases.

    Hi Jake, this feature requires OMS backend changes and involves multiple teams. I would suggest you disable buttons with customizations.

    Dev is still checking on the functionailties of the backend APIs to support this.
