I have confirmed with the design team that the email address is now OOTB as part of the shipping address in the new design.
Do you prefer to show the email address on the collapsed view? Or is it okay to have the email address available once you click on the shipping address for more details?
In this screenshot you can see the billing email address is highlighted, but the ship to email address does not exist.
