Disable "Add Payment Button"

In the current UI we had to complete a customization that disabled the add payment button so that users would not attempt add a payment to an order. In the new UI we would like this to be OOTB or easily configurable.

How will this idea be used?

This would allow the developers to easily remove buttons that are not of use and would simplify the process for customer service agents.

    Hi Jake,

    Please provide a screenshot of your current customization and list all screens you'd like to disable the "Add Payment Button"
