I apologize for the delay. I just recently realized all responses to me were going to junk mail.
I think this enhancement can be closed. In my opinion this is more about our integration vs an IBM enhancement.
Can you share which field are you referring to in the backend to display the customer paid?
In the highlighted field you can see the "price" in our case we have customized it to show the price the customer paid vs the retail price.
Currently, the Call Center shows how much customers paid for each line item. Please share a screenshot of your customization. Thanks.
