Ability to remove unwanted buttons

In the old version of the UI we had a need to remove the button for delivery and pick up, but that was difficult so we opted to make them not usable. In order to have the cleanest UI we would like to be able to remove buttons altogether.

With this update we would be able to have a cleaner and clearer UI for our users.
