Problem: User is not able to switch between a tab and popup in the call center.
Steps to reproduce: Call Center user would like the ability to toggle between tabs in COM regardless of whether or not in the middle of performing an action in the current tab(example: In the middle of adding notes). User requires the facility to switch between tabs/pop-up.
Detailed steps: When in COM, users should have the ability to toggle between tabs regardless of whether or not they are in the middle of an action.
Example: While an user is in the middle of typing notes on an order, they should have the ability to navigate back to the Home Screen without losing the progress on their notes even if they did not finish adding the notes before switching to a different tab.
Please provide the suggestions to implement the above functionality.

This feature request is now under future consideration. As IBM is in the middle of Call Center modernization, it will be considered in the new Call Center.
