ITXA is allowing duplicate envelopes

ITXA allows users to create duplicate envelopes which causes enveloping and deenveloping process failures . Better to enhance ITXA product not to allow duplicate envelopes

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

Eliminate translation process failures.

May I ask why this one and ITX-I-151 are not under consideration? It seems like the envelope name should be unique but that is up to the client. I can also see why the Sender ID & Receiver ID combo can be duplicated, if the Accepter Lookup Alias was also unique. But I cannot see why ITXA would allow two envelopes where the Sender ID, Receive ID & ALA would be the same.
