Global Mailbox should support MQ SSL options during installation

Currently, Global Mailbox only supports installation against MQ servers which use unencrypted communications, and username+password authentication.

After installation, the product supports re-configuring using TLS connections and certificate based client/server authentication.

This leads to the pointless exercise of having to install a MQ Server instance solely for the purpose of passing validation.

The product installer should support TLS options, or provide an option to bypass/ignore connection test validation.

How will this idea be used?

Customer will install the product using IBM installation Manager.

If using a response file, they would add additional parameters to specify TRUSTSTORE_FILE, TRUSTSTORE_PASSWORD, KEYSTORE_FILE , KEYSTORE_PASSWORD and CIPHER. Alternatively, an option to bypass the validation using a property eg. "MQ_CONNECTION_VALIDATION=false".

If using the IIM GUI, appropriate fields to supply the parameters should be provided.

If Connection Test fails, there should be an option to ignore & proceed, instead of the installation being blocked.
