Allow passwords longer than 28 characters for LDAP users

The password field on the SBI dashboard login page is restricted to a maximum of 28 characters.  However external users who are using LDAP for authentication can have passwords longer than this value, which makes it impossible for these users to log in unless we configure them with local authentication instead. 

The limitation appears to be entirely due to a hardcoded limit in the page itself and not due to any password length limit in the app / authentication mechanism, as users can work around the issue by using the browser development tools to change the values of the maxlength property for the input field from 28 to any larger value as below

to

<input class="inputStyle" type="password" autocomplete="off" maxlength="40" name="password" size="20">

Obviously it's not a reasonable expectation for users to manually change the code of the page every time they try to log in.  Our security and audit requirements specify that our users must authenticate using LDAP, so we need the dashboard to provide a reasonable length to accommodate long LDAP passwords.
