When will SI support Microsoft SQL Server 2016?

We are upgrading to SI 5.6.3 and I see that only up to Microsoft SQL Server 2014 is supported.  When will Microsoft SQL Server 2016 be supported?  Will it ever be supported by SI 5.6.3?  The client is upgrading all their other applications to SQL Server 2016 and it would be good if SI was the same and we could use SQL Server 2016.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

It will be used as part of our SI upgrade.
